Yes we are COMMITTED to the Communities in which we build.

Sound corny? Sound hollow? Wonder why you should believe us?

You shouldn't. You should trust, but verify.

To that end we are committed to contributing a full TEN PERCENT of the management fees for each and every project that we manage will be contributed to  the communities in which we build.

With our management fee running 5% of the value of a project, and a typical project running $60,000,000, that means some $300,000  given to local community service organizations in the form of grants and subsidies to established programs that provide to the betterment of the community.
