to rise. No one is predicting otherwise. Therefore it is not
only prudent, but necessary for all of us to endeavor to build
with these ever higher costs in mind. The Gulf Coast project
facility strives to be as energy efficient as possible,
using non CO2 producing energy sources

Builders Group pledges the following:
Our stated goal is to make our
residential and museum facilities energy independent, and our
restaurant, bar, nightclub, and classic car storage operations
less than 50% grid dependent.
