When we of the Green Builders Group begin our project research, the first thing we look at is property.

Land use is central to our designs, and thus to our clients. thus we have developed the following criteria for the properties we choose to pursue:

1. location - easy access with minimal hassle for entry and exit to our buildings
2. space - elbow room, room to walk, to enjoy. ample parking for commercial and residential establishments
3. energy - as self sustaining as possible, with room for wind, solar, and other grid free and self sustaining energy sources
4. beauty - landscaping and layout to create park-like atmospheres for our clients and  their families
